Well, the good thing is that Palomr and Mesa Grande weren't bad ecept for one small section. Idyllwild was a MESS!

That, and the top, spare tire, carpet trim, dash, heater, A/C... that list can get long.
I still have the dash, heater and fan assembly in my Miata (and passenger seat.) It weighs in at ~2250 lbs. If I ditched the hardtop and the rest of the non-essential stuff I think it would get close to 2150.

I'm thinking we should try some new roads or make this a scouting trip with my GPS. I see what looks to be an AWESOME road called Nate Harrison Grade Rd off the 76 before Palomar. I went Sunday morning morning with S2KI guys and found a new road that comes into Julian from the back end, Wynola Rd.
