Saw a couple out today, but we were in Vivian's car so no waves. Then I was out in the S, and had some guy in the car next to me asking a bunch of questions But the kicker is what I saw on the 118 freeway today... We were driving in from Simi Valley (at approximately the DeSoto exit) in the carpool lane, and I noticed a car off to my left going about 15-20 mph slower than I was. I watched them for just a moment when it hit me... to my immediate left there is a concrete wall. This idiot is going the wrong way on the freeway, and is all the way over in the fast/carpool lane. Traffic was moderate, (so it was moving) and this older woman in a Mitsubishi is dodging oncoming traffic doing about 45 mph. It almost caused me to wreck, cause there was a car in my lane who slowed down to rubberneck... I had to do a quick (but not emergency) lane change to avoid running into them. Needless to say, we were all about what this woman was thinking. First getting on the freeway, then continuing to drive against traffic, and then getting all the way across the freeway... as if it was going to get any better in that lane.

Holy shit...I can't imagine what I would think if I saw that. I think people over 65 should be re-tested (vision, written, and on-road) every 2 years. Those that fail any part do not get their license renewed.

OMG...that is terrible. The worst part about it is that if that guy dies, almost nothing will be done because she is "a little old lady".

There does need to be a way to seize her assets to pay for his bills, and then send her to a retirement home instead of jail time. Probably cheaper that way, too. At least she needs to lose her license. Just the fact that she got that far down the road shows she is in no mental condition to drive.

I sure hope that guy pulls through. Another sad thing is just cuz they will pull her license, doesn't mean she'll stop driving.

Saw a NFR getting onto Los Feliz from I5, heading towards Glendale.
I was too far behind to wave.

Saw a silverstone with a hardtop, CF hood, and aftermarket exhaust entering the Costco parking lot today around 1 PM (I think) on Tierra Del Ray in Chula Vista.

There was a Suzuka Blue behind me on Marsh Creek Rd. yesterday on my way home. We parted ways when I continued to follow Marsh Creek and he took the fork in the road to Diablo Rd.
